Welcome to CWH Distribution, many of you will know us from our former company CandleWick House to which we were the founders in 2008. Our ethos has always been to provide exceptional quality products backed by an outstanding customer service. To win the Redland Retail Awards for the past two years is a fantastic achievement and a reward for our commitment to our customers.
During our years in retail we sourced products from all over the world in order to give our customers unique affordable fragranced products that had not been seen in Australia before. Due to many retailers contacting us wishing to purchase our products for their own stores, we commenced a second company in August 2011, CWH Distribution.
We were one of the first companies to bring Yankee Candle to the Australian market. Having used the product for many years, we believed it was one of the best candles on the market at that time.
On sourcing new products around the globe we became very excited to find that the original founder of Yankee Candle, Mike Kittredge II had commenced a new company with his Son Mike Kittredge III called Kringle Candle. The Knowledge gained and lessons learnt over the many decades in Yankee Candle had now been poured into the new family owned company Kringle Candle, which opened its doors just before Christmas 2009.
On learning that the Kittredge family focus was to provide exceptional product quality and outstanding customer service, with the mission of making only superior honest candles was music to our ears. In March 2012 Kringle Candle gave us the opportunity to bring Kringle Candle to Australia for everyone to enjoy. Please check the our stores tab for your local stockist.
